Our members area is protected by a role management system. This ensures that our more confidential resources can not be viewed by the general public. However, all users are assigned basic rights only upon registration which are then upgraded depending on the positions and roles you entered during the registration process.
If you are being asked to upgrade your account then you have not got the correct privileges. This could be because:
- You have only registered in the last few hours and we have not yet upgraded your
account appropriatly
- You did not enter your role during the registration process and have not yet requested
an upgrade
- You do not hold the correct role or position within RDA to view the resource.
Please note that upgrading an account is a manual task and can only generally be
completed during office hours.
If you feel you should have access to any particular resource which you are currently
denied, please contact us to request an upgrade when prompted.
