If you have forgotten your usename and / or password you should first try to use our online recovery system. If this method fails then you shoul contact us through our enquiry form and make us aware of your problem and give us as much information as possible (i.e. your username if it can be remembered, your full name, the e-mail address you registered with etc). We will then get back in contact with you and ask some questions regarding your personal details.

Once you have successfully answered all questions we will alter your password as a temporary measure to allow you back into the system. Once you are back into the members area you should immediatly change your password using the Change Password form.

Please note that if the online recovery system is not used we may require several hours to process your request and such requests can only be completed during office hours.
